THE FMLY is a small family-owned business running by only 2 people. Most items in our shop are handprinted by us in our home-studio in Orlando, FL what makes them extra magical! :)

Some designs are professionally screen printed by our awesome local partners.

We try to keep our most popular designs in stock and READY TO SHIP, but if you don't see your size in stock, please don't hesitate to contact us!

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as Made-to-Order are printed based on your custom selections. Please allow 5-7 WORKING DAYS (Monday-Friday) for your order to be designed and shipped out.

This DOES NOT include shipping time. 

Please plan accordingly with your trip as we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason.

READY TO SHIP

Items marked as Ready to ship will be sent out within 3 working days (Monday-Friday). However, if you also order a Made-to-order item along with a Ready to ship item, our standard processing time of 1-2 weeks will apply to the entire order.

Please note that we are unable to split orders in this case. If you wish to receive your RTS item sooner, you will need to place a separate order for it.

NEW DESIGN DROPS & RESTOCKS

We typically restocking and releasing new items on Fridays at 2 pm EST.

If the item is marked as SOLD OUT, it will most likely be restocked next Friday. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

• Free shipping ($75+ orders) - 3-5 business days (estimate)
• USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 business days (estimate)
• Priority Mail - delivers within 2-3 business days (estimate)
• Priority Express - 1-2 days.

CANADA:

• First Class International - 7-21 business days*
• First Class Priority - 6-10 business days*

International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are unique for each order. They depend on where the product is being shipped to and the weight of the product you are ordering, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free US shipping on orders over $125.

RESORT DELIVERY

We're pleased to provide a resort delivery service for orders over $100 exclusively within WDW resorts.

Simply add a WDW resort address at checkout (ZIP 32830 Lake Buena Vista), and the Local Delivery option will appear. Ready-to-ship items typically arrive in 1-2 days, with deliveries usually scheduled for the evening. If you have a last-minute order, don't hesitate to reach out via chat or Instagram DM—we're always here to assist!

Resort delivery fee is $15.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG; CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change it once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

LOST AND DELAYED PACKAGES:

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages once they dropped off in the mail. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. Then feel free to fail a claim for missing mail at https://missingmail.usps.com/
